The retreat will be held at the Center for American Progress in Washington, DC, on October 21, 2011. The goal of the one-day retreat is to develop the basic framework for a report on HIV and Inequality, which will focus on how structural factors produce racial disparities in HIV/AIDS prevalence, testing and treatment. In the morning, we will meet with officials from the Obama Administration, and then we will spend the remainder of the day devising the framework for the report.
