Directions to the Rotunda Building, 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Downtown Oakland

From San Francisco or Richmond:
Cross the Bay Bridge or Richmond Bridge toward the East Bay and follow I-580 toward Hayward. Merge onto I-980 West toward downtown Oakland. Take the 18 th Street exit toward 14 th Street. Stay straight to go onto Brush Street. Turn left onto 17 th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. There is a parking garage at the corner of Clay and 14 th Street, on the left.

From Walnut Creek:
Take CA-24 West through the Caldecott Tunnel and continue toward Oakland. CA-24 West becomes I-980 W. Take the 18 th Street exit toward 14 th Street. Stay straight to go onto Brush Street. Turn left onto 17 th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. There is a parking garage at the corner of Clay and 14 th Street, on the left.

From Hayward:
Take I-880 North toward Oakland. At Oakland, take I-980 East toward CA-24/Walnut Creek. Merge onto I-980 East. Take the 17 th Street exit toward San Pablo Avenue. Turn right onto 17 th Street. Turn right onto Clay Street. There is a parking garage at the corner of Clay and 14 th Street, on the left.

Parking Garages Near the Rotunda:
Dalziel Building (250 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza) Parking Garage (entrance on 16th Street at Clay Street)
Clay Street Garage (entrance on Clay Street between 14th and 15th Streets, behind City Hall)
City Center Garage (entrance on 11th Street between Clay Street and Broadway; also entrance on 14th Street)

The Rotunda is BART-accessible:
Take BART to 12 th Street Oakland/City Center. Exit from the “Frank H. Ogawa Plaza” exit. Take the escalator up and walk straight ahead through the plaza (away from Broadway). The Rotunda Building will be the third building on your right (a two-minute walk from BART).
