The second annual BCLT Privacy Law Forum featured leading academics and practitioners discussing the latest developments in privacy law.  Berkeley Law faculty presented cutting-edge scholarship, and panelists discussed the implications for ‘real world’ information privacy law problems.  The keynote was presented by Travis LeBlanc, Special Assistant Attorney General at the California Department of Justice. Panel topics included the EU-US Privacy Collision, Privacy and The Price of Free, The Management of Privacy Processes: the CPO And Beyond, and Technology and Privacy Design.
