
On November 23, 2015 the Korea Law Center co-hosted a talk with the Berkeley Center for Law and Business (BCLB), featuring two tech counsels, Andrew Kim and Bryan Ko. Andrew Kim is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Netgear. Bryan Ko is the General Counsel of Logitech. Berkeley Law students joined Andrew and Bryan for a lively conversation about the ins and outs of managing legal departments at innovative technology firms. Andrew and Bryan addressed a wide variety of topics, including in-house opportunities for recent graduates, the types of candidates they look for in hiring young attorneys for their teams, and a comparison of their experiences as in-house versus firm attorneys, among others.
