Jason Kwon is Y Combinator Continuity’s General Counsel. Y Combinator Continuity is Y Combinator’s growth fund that’s dedicated to supporting founders as they scale their companies. YC is a start-up accelerator that’s funded and worked with several successful companies like Dropbox, Airbnb, Stripe and Memebox. Before joining YC, Jason was the Assistant General Counsel at Khosla Ventures and an attorney at Goodwin, where he advised start-ups, venture investors and founders in venture financings, M&A deals, strategic transactions, secondary sales, debt financings, governance matters and compensation issues.
Jeff Kang is General Counsel at Memebox. Memebox is one of the fastest growing beauty brands in the world and the first Korean company to graduate from Y Combinator. It has exploded onto the scene with its unique web-based business model, closing $65.95 million in series C funding in 2016. Before joining Memebox, Jeff was an attorney at Latham & Watkins in the finance and corporate departments, where he represented venture capital investors, major investment banks, and early stage and later stage technology companies.
