UCSF Documents and Media

New! UC Storefront for online ordering

It’s even easier now to order Berkeley Law-branded business cards, letterhead, notecards, notepads, pocket folders, and other printed materials for yourself or your department with a chartstring from the convenience of your desktop via the new UC Storefront website.  This online system replaces hardcopy order forms previously submitted to and processed by our Office of Communications.

UC Storefront  manages the use of Berkeley Law logos and University seals on all printed materials, in compliance with UC policy which is based on principles regarding use of the University seal and name as drawn from California laws and By-Laws of the Regents.

Customer service comes to you – Pam Krol has been assigned to the UC Berkeley campus and will come to your office to help you plan and place your orders.

Online ordering – you can order business cards and stationery online via UC Storefront.

No sales tax – this is the equivalent of a 9.75% savings on eligible purchases.

Pay with your chartstring – you don’t need University purchase orders or credit cards to pay for your printing projects. Contact your designated budget officer or Interim Business Services Director, Julia H. Lai (julialai@berkeley.edu) with your chartstring questions.

No middleman – you don’t need to go through Business Services to place your printing requests.

No competitive bidding – you may place all of your large orders with UCSF without having to seek bids from other vendors.  As a campus recharge department, UCSF’s printing operation is based on a break-even, not profit-generating, business model, which means preferred pricing for campus customers.
