Brook Kelly is the HIV Human Rights Attorney for the U.S. Positive Women’s Network, a project of WORLD, where she works within a human rights framework to increase access to justice for HIV-positive women in the United States. After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center, she was a judicial clerk in the United States Court for the Southern District of New York for the Honorable Judge Ronald L. Ellis, and subsequently, a Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellow supported by the Ford Foundation to work on issues of human rights, women and HIV/AIDS in Washington D.C.
