Professor Goodwin Liu Refutes Findings of Recent Affirmative Action Study

In this month’s California Bar Journal , Professor Goodwin Liu challenges the conclusions of a recent study on affirmative action by UCLA law professor and economist Richard Sander. Liu’s article counters Sander’s argument that America’s law schools would produce more black lawyers by eliminating affirmative action than by preserving it.
