On Thursday, February 24, Boalt Hall’s Center for Social Justice presented the Mary Dunlap Memorial Lecture, 5-6:30 p.m., in Booth Auditorium at Boalt. The lecture honors Mary Dunlap ’71, a Bay Area civil rights lawyer and teacher. “Same Sex Marriage and Beyond: What Now?” examined the extent to which same-sex marriage has progressed and its broader implications. International human rights advocate Rhonda Copelon moderated the lecture. Speakers included Evan Wolfson, founder of Freedom to Marry, and Paisley Currah, co-founder of the Transgender Law and Policy Institute.
