GENEVA — American lawyer James Pooley was chosen Tuesday to lead the World Intellectual Property Agency’s patent division.
Pooley is an adjunct law professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and an intellectual-property lawyer at Morrison and Foerster in Palo Alto.
