Berkeley Alumni-in-Residence Program (BAIR)

The Berkeley-Alumni-in-Residence (BAIR) program is designed to ensure that our law students learn that they are part of a much larger community that includes over 20,000 Berkeley Law alumni. The program includes opportunities to engage with alumni, beginning with the admissions process through graduation, and with staff in the Development and Alumni Office.  The Alumni Admissions Outreach Program links admitted students with graduates. The Alumni Guide Program pairs new students with alumni who can help with transition to law school.  The Alumni Mentoring Program has two elements: one group of alumni works with rising 2Ls preparing for interviews with law firms during Early Interview Week (EIW); another group of graduates coach rising 2Ls beginning their search for employment in the public sector (nonprofit orgs, government, NGOs, etc.)
