Berkeley Law now offers a Certificate of Specialization in Energy & Environmental Law uniquely designed for Professional LL.M. students. To apply for the LL.M. Certificate of Specialization in Energy & Environmental Law, students must complete the following three core courses:
- Foundations of Environmental Law
- International Environmental Law
- Renewable Energy Law
Two or more of the following elective courses are also required:
- Torts
- Constitutional Law
- Administrative Law
