Curious about the American education system? Are you familiar with the Socratic Method? Join Berkeley Law staff as they guide you through an overview of what you can expect academically during your time at Berkeley Law.

 

Spotlight on Law & Technology (Featuring Alumni) | March 6th, 5pm

Join our alumni as they discuss what it was like to study Law and Technology at Berkeley. This session will cover everything from classes, student groups, centers, certificates, and more— and of course, a Q+A where you can ask them any and all of your questions!

Spotlight on Business Law (featuring Alumni & Current Students) | March 11th, 8am

Join our alumni as they discuss what it was like to study Business Law at Berkeley. This session will cover everything from classes, student groups, centers, certificates, and more— and of course, a Q+A where you can ask them any and all of your questions!

 

Mock Class with Professor Fernholz | March 13th, 8am

Join Professor Fernholz as he gives you a sneak-peek into what it’s like to participate in the American education system at Berkeley Law. During this session, Professor Fernholz will walk you through Mouse’s Case to help you practice reading and analyzing from a U.S. common law standpoint.

If you are attending, you are expected to pre-read the one-page case we will discuss during this session. It will take you less than five minutes. Click here to read the case now.

 

Transactional Drafting Mock Class with Professor Reichmann | March 18th, 8am

Join Professor Reichmann as he gives you a sneak-peek into his Transactional Drafting class at Berkeley Law. During this session, you’ll have a chance to participate in a facilitated conversation about business transactions, contracts, agreements and more with your potential future classmates.
