Trade Secret Trolls

Tuesday, September 9
12:45 - 1:45 PM
Boalt Hall, Room 100

Legislation, appellate decisions, and even aggressive state attorney generals have put patent trolls on the defensive and may have dealt a mortal blow to their business model. But that does not mean that plaintiffs’-side contingent-fee IP litigation is going away. David Bloch, Partner and Alexandra "Alex" McTague, Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP will argue that the next big thing in IP litigation is trade secret trolls.

We ask that you please be considerate to our guest speakers by staying for their entire presentation. Registration is not required; however, you must sign in upon receiving your lunch.
