Join the Boalt Hall community for a celebration in honor of two of its most accomplished women, Professor and former Dean Herma Hill Kay and California Supreme Court Justice Kathryn Mickle Werdegar '62.

On April 30, Professor Kay will be recognized for her 50th year of teaching at Boalt and Justice Werdegar will be honored with the D. Lowell and Barbara Jensen Public Service Award.   As pioneers in the legal profession, Professor Kay and Justice Werdegar's achievements are all the more remarkable.  Come pay tribute to two of Boalt's most beloved women who have inspired, taught and mentored so many.

Before the reception and dinner, you are invited to attend a panel discussion presented by the Berkeley Center on Health, Economic, and Family Security. Ann O’Leary ’05, Karen Skelton ’92, Maria Echaveste ’80, and Mary Ann Mason will discuss the implications and impact of the recently released Shriver Report: A Women’s Nation Changes Everything. This special discussion will take place just before the Boalt Hall Women's Celebration, from 4:00-5:30 pm in the Sutter Room at the InterContinental Hotel. Please join us for this fascinating talk! To RSVP, email or register online here.
