MCLE Credit Offered: Upto 6 credit hours
Conference Registration is available on-line. The registration site will prompt you to “buy tickets” for “A Conference on the Supreme Court of California”. Buying a ticket is equivalent of registering for the conference and the conference dinner.
The list of registration charges is set out below. You will be charged a small additional service fee for the online registration transaction. The service charge is fully indicated in advance of the transaction.
Registration Fee Structure:
- Corporate - $275 per attendee ($282.86 w/service fee)
- Government/Non-Profit/Sole Practitioner - $175 per attendee ($180.36 w/service fee)- to cover meal & material expenses
- Students - $75 ($77.87 w/service fee): This special rate DOES NOT
INCLUDE DINNER & PARKING
The conference registration fee includes:
- Up to 6.0 MCLE credits
- Conference materials
- Continental breakfast and break refreshments
- Lunch
- Dinner and Reception following the closing session
- Parking
Cancellation policy:
In the event you are unable to attend the conference a replacement attendee may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration fee less an administrative fee of $50 per registered attendee, provided we receive the cancellation by email at dgandhi@law.berkeley.edu
Cancellations received after October 30, 2008 will result in no refund. Conference materials will be sent after the event.
All approved refunds will be processed one month after the Conference.
Volunteer
We will be accepting a limited number of student volunteers. Conference admission will be provided in exchange for four (4) hours work before or during the conference.
