Biography:My research interests include the intersection of international law and international relations, the design of international agreements, foreign relations and national security law, and interstate cooperation at both the international and federal levels. Drawing on both traditional legal analysis and game theory, my dissertation examines the international and domestic causes of international legal revisionism.
