Biography:

I am starting my 5th year in the JSP program, where I work with Professors Bob Cooter, Jesse Fried, Lauren Edelman, Eric Talley, Steven Tadelis, and Dan Rubinfeld. I received my J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2001. After law school I worked for two years as an associate attorney in Chicago at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLC, practicing corporate law and securities regulation.

My research interests include the economic analysis of law, corporate law, law and social norms, venture capital contracting, and other areas related to business regulation.
