Professor Jesse Markham is the Marshall P. Madison Professor of Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a recognized expert on antitrust law. He has served as Chair of the California State Bar Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section, and previously headed up the antitrust practices at Orrick and at Morrison & Foerster. Professor Markham has also taught of lectured as a visitor at the University of California at Berkeley Law School, l’Université de Luxembourg, Faculté de Droit, d'Economie et de Finance, Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain and The Charles University in Prague. As a practicing attorney, Prof. Markham has been recognized in Chambers USA Leading Antitrust Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, Marquis Who’s Who in American Law and Northern California Super Lawyers.
