Anne's areas of practice include appellate advocacy, habeas corpus, and constitutional law. After law school, she clerked for Judge Boyce F. Martin, Jr. on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in Louisville, KY. Prior to coming to Berkeley, she worked as a Staff Attorney first at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco, and then at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She joins the faculty as a Lecturer and Advocacy Fellow for the Appellate Program and the California Constitution Center.
