Stephen Bundy clerked for Judge John J. Gibbons of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and was associated with the New York firm of Cravath Swaine & Moore, where he specialized in litigation. He joined the Boalt faculty in 1984.  


Bundy writes about the legal profession and dispute resolution.
