Margaret Brogan is an adjunct lecturer teaching Labor and Employment Arbitration at Berkeley Law. Ms. Brogan has been a full-time labor arbitrator and mediator since 1990. She served as a Vice President and Executive Committee member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, and is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Ms. Brogan conducts public and private sector arbitrations and mediations throughout the country, and her permanent panels include Major League Baseball and the MLBPA, the National Hockey League and the NHLPA, and various airlines and their unions. Ms. Brogan lectures and trains frequently regarding labor and employment issues. Previously, she was a field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, and a lecturer in labor and employment law and dispute resolution at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Brogan received her J.D. from Villanova University, and her B.A. from St. Joseph’s University.
