Tomomi Glover is Special Counsel at Littler Mendelson, P.C. in San Jose, where she advises and represents employers in all types of labor and employment matters. Her experience includes discrimination issues, wage and hour matters, and disputes involving trade secrets and unfair competition. Ms. Glover has experience in all phases of litigation, and has participated on three trial teams.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Ms. Glover practiced complex commercial and intellectual property litigation at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and at Thelen LLP. Ms. Glover also co-founded a legal training and consulting company called 3L+ Law Prep, which aims to help new attorneys transition to the practice of law. Ms. Glover was recognized as a Northern California “Rising Star” (2009, 2010, 2012-2014). She was also recognized for her pro bono immigration work with Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, receiving the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Service in 2009. Before practicing law, Ms. Glover taught English in Japan as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program.
Ms. Glover graduated from Berkeley Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She teaches “The Junior Attorney: Expectations, Responsibilities, and Realities.”
