Manage all legal affairs for skincare products direct marketing company. Duties include litigation management, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, corporate governance, and compliance program development.
V.P., Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Chief Litigation Counsel; First Solar (November 2011- August 2012)
Managed litigation and compliance for global solar panel manufacturing and solar power plant construction company. Created and supervised implementation of compliance projects for all aspects of the business, including anti-corruption (FCPA), securities, intellectual property, environmental, employment and other matters.

Defended employers in litigation, arbitration and administrative agency matters. Provided advice on all aspects of employment law.
