The Death Penalty Clinic Seminar is mandatory for all students enrolled in the Death Penalty Clinic, and provides the theoretical foundation and skills training for the Death Penalty Clinic. Because the Seminar will include discussions of our cases, it is only open to students who concurrently enroll in the Clinic.
Prerequisites:
Criminal law, criminal procedure and evidence, but may be taken as co-requisites with permission of the instructors. The Capital Punishment Seminar is highly preferred.
This course satisfies the Professional Responsibility Requirement.
