This course introduces legal and policy issues related to the accelerated development of renewable energy supplies. It considers local, state, and federal laws and policies that promote (or impede) the development of such sources, and looks at some specific examples related to individual technologies.

Prerequisites:
Past completion of, or concurrent enrollment in Law 270.6 Energy Regulation and the Environment is required.
