This course will cover the right to free expression, a free press, and the religion clauses, which prohibit governmental establishments of religion and guarantee the free exercise of religion. Either or both of Constitutional Law I and Constitutional Law II are helpful, but not required. Students who have completed a course in Constitutional Law that covers this material may not receive credit for this course.

Note: This class satisfies the Constitutional Law requirement for 3L's ONLY.
