We will investigate the nonprofit organization, with respect to its structure, organization, tax exemption, tax status, charitable deduction, private inurement, private benefit, excess benefit and prohibited transactions, administration, marketing, legislative activities and lobbying, political activity, operational considerations, commericiality doctrine, unrelated business activities and exceptions, feeder organizations, debt-financed income and leasing rules - all compared to non exempt business organizations.
