In corporations and entrepreneurial ventures, there are often few clear-cut “right” answers to complex business and legal challenges. This course will bridge the nexus between business and law, giving students a perspective on counseling business decision makers in situations where such issues as entity structure, intellectual property, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility can have implications on both the business and legal levels.
