In this lecture, we will explore typical legal issues arising from the new technological possibilities and international dimension of today’s world trade such as establishing and operating an electronic business, transborder marketing and sales of goods and services via the Internet, collecting and using personal data, licensing and enforcing copyrights and trademarks, liabilities of ISPs for third party content and copying, and offering Internet access and other telecommunications services.
