This course builds on the skills established in 1S legal writing. Students will research and prepare an adversarial brief typical of US litigation practice. Students will receive written and oral feedback from the instructor and a writing coach. Students will also learn effective oral advocacy. The brief will be composed as a series of drafts. The final draft will be due at the end of Session 3. There is no exam.
