This Civil Procedure course covers much of the standard JD Civil Procedure course. In the summer quarter, we will cover the following topics in varying levels of detail: due process/adversary system, pleading, jurisdiction and venue, discovery, disposition without trial, settlement, trial, juries, preclusion, and joinder. We will also observe federal court proceedings.
