Berkeley Law offers a sequence of courses related to energy law, regulation, and policy. These subjects are largely unavailable for first-year JD students. This course is intended to provide first-year JD students with an introductory exposure to energy law and policy and to many of the professional paths available for those interested in energy law. Students other than first-year JDs also may enroll. There will be a take-home final exam.
