Boalt Hall Hosts Conference About Money Laundering

What: “International Money Laundering: From Latin America to Asia, Who Pays?,” a conference addressing the money laundering schemes that accompany drug and weapons trafficking in Latin America and the trafficking of women in Asia and Eastern Europe. A keynote address will be given by Adolfo Aguilar-Zinser, Mexico’s ambassador to the United Nations.

Presented by the Berkeley Journal of International Law, the conference is the 2003 Stefan A. Riesenfeld Symposium. In addition to the keynote address, the conference will feature panel discussions by government officials, practitioners and academics.
