Adonal Foyle Speaks at Boalt About Community Activism in Campaign Finance Reform

What: "What Does the NBA Have to Do With Campaign Finance Reform?" featuring Adonal Foyle of the Golden State Warriors.

Adonal Foyle is the founder of Democracy Matters - a student political action group active on college campuses across the country. His talk will address the importance of community activism in the campaign finance reform movement.

A native of the Caribbean nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Foyle came to the United States as a teenager with the help of two American college professors who hoped that his prowess at basketball would enable him to get a college education. Foyle is a graduate of Colgate and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Psychology. He is in his 5th season with the Warriors.
