War on Terror Debate Features Professor David Caron
Professor David Caron '83 participated in a two-hour debate titled "Detainees in the Global War on Terror: Guantanamo Bay and Beyond" on February 1, 2006. The debate was a part of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's Homeland Security Law Lecture series and was an NPR radio broadcast from the Academy that covered the New England region. Other participants in the debate included David Kennedy, Harvard Law School; Todd Gazaino, Heritage Foundation; and David Rivkin, Baker & Hoeteler. A recording of the debate is available online.
