Jesse Choper Discusses Momentous Supreme Court Decisions at Alumni Luncheon
On Thursday, April 22, constitutional law expert Professor Jesse Choper will give a talk titled "A Momentous Year for the Supreme Court" at Boalt's San Francisco Alumni Luncheon. Choper will discuss the cases--addressing topics including affirmative action and sodomy--that led the New York Times to label the last term of the Court "momentous." Interim Dean Bob Berring will also share highlights about the Boalt community.

The luncheon will take place at noon at The Carnelian Room in San Francisco, and alumni are welcome to attend. Registration and payment information is available online. For more information, contact Alumni Relations at 510-642-8132 or snomiya@law.berkeley.edu.
