Victor Rodriguez Awarded Skadden Fellowship
Victor Rodriguez ’03 has been awarded a Skadden fellowship to work with the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Working with low-wage Latino workers in traditionally immigrant-dependent industries in Los Angeles--including food service, janitorial, construction, garment and agriculture--Rodriguez will help ensure employer compliance with state and federal minimum wage requirements.

The Skadden Fellowship Foundation awards 25 fellowships per year to graduating law students and outgoing judicial clerks. Fellows provide legal services to the poor, elderly, homeless and disabled, as well as to those deprived of human or civil rights. For more information, please contact Erin Campbell at 510-643-8010 or ecampbell@law.berkeley.edu.
