Shai Lavi Receives Zeltner Prize
Shai Lavi ’01 (Ph.D.) has been awarded the Zeltner Prize, which is given annually to honor the most outstanding junior legal scholar in Israel. Lavi holds a doctorate from the law school’s Jurisprudence and Social Policy Program and is an assistant professor of law at Tel-Aviv University.

The Zeltner Prize honors Lavi’s dissertation on the history of euthanasia in the United States, which examines the relationship between technology, law and death. For more information, please contact Chris Bush at 510-643-8215 or cbush@law.berkeley.edu.
