AFL-CIO General Counsel Jonathan Hiatt Visits Boalt
Jonathan Hiatt, general counsel for the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), will visit Boalt as the Center for Social Justice's Practitioner in Residence on September 22-24. On Monday, September 22, he will present "What the Labor Movement is Doing to Protect Workers" as part of the center's Ruth Chance Lecture Series. The talk will take place in 100 Boalt from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

A reception for Hiatt will also be held on Monday, September 22, at 5 p.m. in the faculty lounge. The reception will include a discussion with Professor Linda Krieger; Barry Winograd '71, a Boalt Hall lecturer, arbitrator and mediator since 1988; and John True '75, partner at Leonard Carder.
