Daily Journal Names Professors and Alumni to Top 100 List
The Daily Journal has named two professors and three alumni to their list of the 100 most influential lawyers in California. The paper recognized Professor Pamela Samuelson for leadership in cutting-edge technology and intellectual property issues and for founding the Samuelson Law, Technology & Public Policy Clinic. The article also applauds Professor Emeritus Joseph Sax for his authoritative scholarship in the field of water law, including his work as former counselor to the interior secretary under President Clinton.
Also honored in the article were alumni Elizabeth Cabraser ’78, partner at Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein in San Francisco; John Schulman ’72, general counsel for Warner Bros. in Burbank; and Lawrence Sonsini ’66, chair at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto.
