John Yoo Offers Insider's Perspective on the Department of Justice
On Wednesday, April 24, Professor John Yoo will offer an insider's perspective on the Bush administration's Department of Justice. Professor Yoo is currently on leave from Boalt to serve as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel, which advises the Department of Justice and the White House. He will answer questions posed by Professor Howard Shelanski related to the U.S. government's response to the September 11 terrorist attacks.
