Boalt Student to Clerk for U.S. Supreme Court
Third-year Boalt Hall student Diane McGimsey has been offered a clerkship for the U.S. Supreme Court for the 2003-2004 term. She will clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas. After graduating from Boalt this spring, McGimsey will serve as a clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Charlottesville, Virginia, under Chief Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III.
