Earl Warren Legal Institute Hosts Inaugural Lecture in Constitutional Law
On Wednesday, September 18, the Earl Warren Legal Institute (EWLI) will host the inaugural lecture of a new series on constitutional law. The talk, "School Vouchers: Federal Constitutional Issues after the Cleveland Case," will be given by Professor Jesse Choper at 4 p.m. in 115 Boalt. A reception will follow in the Goldberg Room.

EWLI was established in 1967 to serve as a center for interdisciplinary law-related campus research, teaching and public service. Professor Harry Scheiber was appointed the center's director on July 1, 2002.

In April 2002, the Law of the Sea Institute (LOSI), an international organization of scholars and policy officials, relocated to the center. The LOSI will be administered by Professor Scheiber and Professor David Caron.
