Robert Cooter Receives Honorary Doctorate
The University of Hamburg has awarded Professor Robert D. Cooter an honorary doctorate in recognition of his outstanding academic work in the field of economic analysis of law and his special commitment to interdisciplinary and international academic cooperation. He received the degree in November 2002 at a ceremony in Hamburg, which included a musical performance by artists who are acquainted with Cooter and his work. Following the ceremony, Cooter presented a public lecture.
