Two Federal Judges Examine the Role of the American Judiciary
On Friday, September 13, Judge Laurence H. Silberman and Judge Stephen F. Williams of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will visit Boalt to discuss current issues affecting the judiciary. The event, "Reflections on the Role of the American Judiciary in the 21st Century," will be moderated by Professor John Yoo, who is currently serving as a deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legal Counsel of the U.S. Department of Justice.
