Rakowski Named to Edward C. Halbach Jr. Chair
Professor Eric Rakowski holds the Edward C. Halbach Jr. Chair. Rakowski's teaching and research centers on estate planning, taxation, ethics, medicine, and law and philosophy. The chair is named for former Boalt Hall dean and current emeriti faculty member Professor Edward C. Halbach Jr., who is a renowned specialist in trusts and estates.
