Berkeley Law Foundation Holds Its Sixth Annual Auction
On Friday, November 16, the Berkeley Law Foundation (BLF) hosted its Sixth Annual Auction. The event began at 8 p.m. in the Pauley Ballroom of the Martin Luther King Jr. Building on Sproul Plaza.

The auction raises money for the Phoenix Fellowship, which was established in 1997 to encourage students of color to attend the School of Law as well as to support public interest work among these students.

This year's auction featured an incredible assortment of items donated by Boalt faculty, alumni, students, staff and corporate sponsors. Event attendees bid on everything from baseball tickets to dance lessons to the chance to play a living chess game where law school faculty members serve as the pieces.
