AirBears is an expanding program to provide wireless Internet access throughout most of campus. To use AirBears, you need a WiFi compatible 802.11b ethernet card (802.11g cards work) and a CalNet ID and passphrase. The AirBears wireless network is available in most parts of the Law School. Status
If you are having difficulties connecting to AirBears within Berkeley Law, first check that your wireless configuration is in order. If your configuration is correct, then the problem may be with the AirBears network. Check the Law School's systems status page, to make sure there is not a current issue with the network. If your connectivity problems don't appear to be related to a reported issue, email studentcomputing@law.berkeley.edu. Please note the location within the building where you were trying to connect, and the specific error message you received. We will investigate the issue and update the status page accordingly.
