These instructions should only be used if you are receiving printouts that say "PCL XL error" on them instead of your print jobs. If you're not having any difficulties with LAW_BandW_Queue printing from your Windows laptop, there's no need to follow these steps.

If you print out your document and receive a "PCL XL error" page instead of your print job:

  • If you are receiving an error page with PCL XL error at the top instead of your document, you must simply uninstall and reinstall the Pharos print software.
